HR Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to support the HR Manager in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of dedicated HR experience, with a strong emphasis on record-keeping and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, prepare interview materials, and assist in conducting interviews as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronically and in hard copy format, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Filing Management: Organize and maintain HR files and records efficiently, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • HR Project Support: Assist in various HR projects such as recruitment, onboarding, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Policy Compliance: Assist in ensuring company HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.
  • HR Metrics: Assist in compiling HR metrics and reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a dedicated HR support role, with proven experience in record-keeping and filing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle preferred.
