*Job Title:* Mid - Senior HR Assistant
*Job Location:* Sandton
**Job Type**:Temp with the possibility to go permanent.
The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in various HR functions. This role is an high demand position aimed at helping with compliance reports, assiting with preparations for hearings employee records management, and general HR tasks.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Recruitment Support:*
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards.
- Conduct reference checks as directed.
2. *Employee Records Management:*
- Maintain and update employee files.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR records.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
3. *Administrative Duties:*
- Prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters and contracts.
- Organize and maintain HR filing systems.
4. *Benefits Administration:*
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Help in the enrollment and documentation of employee benefits.
5. *Compliance and Policy:*
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Participate in HR audits and maintain compliance records.
6. *Data Entry and Reporting:*
- Input HR data on various systems.
- Generate basic HR reports as needed.
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAGE Payroll professional / VIP / SAGE One payroll.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
