Position Summary

As an Excellerate Services Contract Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients. You will be responsible for leading and managing on-site cleaning personnel, developing effective cleaning schedules and procedures, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage on-site cleaning personnel to achieve high-quality service delivery
  2. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet site requirements
  3. Monitor and control cleaning budgets to optimize resource utilization
  4. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their cleaning needs and preferences
  5. Prepare and submit reports on site performance, including cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and any issues or concerns
Requirements

You must have:

  1. Matric certification
  2. 5 years of experience in the Cleaning Industry
  3. 3-5 years of direct management experience
  4. Fluent English language skills
  5. Knowledge of Cleaning Industry regulations, including Operational and Client requirements

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Market Related salary is offered for this position.
