Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the application support team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure effective team performance.
- Establish a strong foundation for the team by standardizing processes and adhering to ITIL best practices to maintain high-quality service delivery.
You will oversee daily operations to ensure that all application services meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in application support management, strong customer support skills, and an understanding of different message formats. Familiarity with C#, .NET, MS SQL is advantageous, as well as knowledge of various programming languages.
An excellent leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities will enable you to identify trends and areas for improvement within support processes and implement necessary changes.

Requirements:- Proven experience in application support management
