About the Role:
Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC is seeking a highly skilled F&B Operations Director to oversee the food and beverage operations of our boutique hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional guest experiences.
Job Description:
The F&B Operations Director will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all food and beverage activities, maintaining high standards of quality, and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing menus and beverage offerings, coordinating events, and supervising staff.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in hospitality management, preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel setting. A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is essential, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in F&B management systems are also required.
Working Conditions:
This is an on-site position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You will work closely with our front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences, and your ability to remain calm under pressure will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package:
