Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to Finance Director to join our team in PE/Gqeberha. This role will provide high-level administrative support to the Finance Director, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist and support the Finance Director with coordinating, preparing, and administering daily activities to improve office efficiency and effectiveness.">
  • Maintain good relations and ensure effective, professional communication within all areas, including the Board, Finance, and supporting departments.">
  • Participate in and minute relevant meetings, and facilitate the development of Power BI reports for finance.">
  • Liaise with stakeholders, develop, analyze, and consolidate information on financial topics and concepts, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • National Diploma or Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance/Business Management.">
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a finance-related environment.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound administrative, presentation, and project management skills.">
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and possess strong information processing capabilities.">
  • Possess research expertise and/or Power BI experience/expertise (added advantage).">

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is commensurate with qualification and experience, estimated to be around R550,000 - R650,000 per annum.
