About Us: The Legends Agency is a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in the composites industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the composites for the built environment sector.
- Conduct Technical Presentations: Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with Technical Team: Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and capabilities.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve company revenue goals.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend Industry Events: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and network with potential clients.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a technical environment.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of composites and their applications in the built environment.
- Languages: Fluency in both Afrikaans and English is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Driving: Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable car.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
- Education: A relevant degree or technical qualification is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Integrity: High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive base salary of R400,000 per annum.
- Commission Structure: Attractive commission structure ranging from 2-3%.
