Job Overview:As a claims professional in our talent pipeline, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier claims support and administration to clients and account executives. You'll help ensure brokers meet business objectives by minimizing claims expenses, managing claims processes, and upholding high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Performance:
- Strategically reduce claims expenses and minimize associated costs.
- Contribute to the overall goal of reducing business expenses.
Client Relationships:
- Deliver accurate, timely, and professional communications with all stakeholders (clients, account executives, insurers).
- Foster and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clients are kept updated on the status of their claims and help achieve client satisfaction goals.
