  • Establish and maintain data governance standards and protocols.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Understanding of HC processes, policies, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

Competencies:

  • Relevant HR/IT qualification.
  • + 5 years work experience in a Retail/Manufacturing environment.
