Our business is based in Granger Bay and provides employees with a modern infrastructure and ecosystem where you'll work with talented recruiters and enjoy one of the most beautiful locations.

We are looking for experienced UK recruiters to join our London offices for 6 months, with the intention to relocate to Cape Town and join our teams officially thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the energy industry.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using various sourcing methods.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND CANDIDATES TO ENSURE A SMOOTH RECRUITMENT PROCESS.
  • IDENTIFY AND PURSUE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW THE CLIENT BASE.
  • ANALYSE MARKET TRENDS AND INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENTS TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO EXPAND OUR FOOTPRINT WITHIN THE ENERGY SECTOR.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or business development with experience recruiting candidates within mining, oil and gas; IT; finance; or renewable energy.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage projects and finances.
  • Positive mindset and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the energy sector and related verticals is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.
