Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

RequirementsEssential Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of experience in outbound dialling in telesales or customer service.
  • Mandatory Matric certification.
  • A stable Full Fibre Internet Connection with a speed of 20mbps or higher.
  • No criminal record.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems for outbound activities.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A dedicated work-from-home setup.
  • A headset and working video camera for team meetings.
  • An UPS/Inverter for loadshedding scenarios.
