Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administration Specialist to join our team at Brights Hardware. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with a strong focus on payroll management and processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Request claim numbers from the labour department when an employee is injured and follow up on progress reports.
  • Update staff Excel spreadsheets with employee change forms, new employee forms, provident fund deductions, and medical aid deductions.
  • Process PAYE, ETI, SDL, UIF, and Sanlam payments.
  • Email UIF submission files to the labour department.
  • Monitor work performance and time allocated to tasks.
  • Communicate regularly with Time and Attendance Clerks (TAC).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • HUMAN RESOURCES Diploma (preferably).
  • Pastel Payroll training.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Accuracy and numeracy skills.
  • Planning, time management, and organizing skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Internet, E-mails, Word, and Excel).
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging between R120,000 - R180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
