Sydsen is seeking an experienced and customer-focused New & PreOwned Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team. As a sales professional, you will play a crucial role in achieving individual and team targets while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, showcasing preowned vehicle options with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Showcase new vehicle options with the same level of enthusiasm and expertise, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Conduct test drives to provide customers with a firsthand experience of our vehicles.
- Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and benefits, guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Sydsen.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in New & PreOwned Vehicle Sales, with a strong sales track record and contactable references.
- A passion for automobiles and staying updated on industry trends, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in your field.
- The ability to provide 6 months of payslips/commission sheets, showcasing your financial management skills and transparency.
- A Grade 12 education, indicating a solid foundation in basic academic skills.
- A valid driver's license, ensuring your safety and ability to represent Sydsen effectively.
- No criminal record, demonstrating your integrity and reliability.
As a New & PreOwned Vehicle Sales Executive at Sydsen, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. This figure may vary depending on your location and performance. We strive to provide a fair and attractive compensation package that reflects your value to our organization.
