We are seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at First Degree Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their sales expertise and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Structure finance options and present them to potential buyers, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Recommend vehicles that best suit customer needs and preferences.
- Arrange test drives and guide clients through the car-buying process.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales, contracts, and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure smooth handovers of vehicles to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in vehicle sales.
- Experience working with fast-selling or premium automotive brands.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid South African driver's license and a clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Compensation Package
- Competitive basic salary (approximately R250,000 - R300,000 per annum) plus commission.
