Job Overview

SATSA is looking for an experienced Tourplan Rates and Products Administrator to be based at their offices in Southern Suburbs.

This role involves data capturing, updating, and maintaining the reservation system, obtaining rates from suppliers, and handling contracts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Tourism background with product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  1. Data Capturing, updating, and maintaining the reservation system.
  2. Obtaining rates from suppliers and handling and managing the contracts thereof.
  3. Constantly researching and sourcing new products as well as negotiating rates.
  4. Attending trade shows, workshops, and invitations to launches and new products.
  5. Meeting representatives of suppliers in or out of the office.

Requirements

Matric and relevant Diplomas/Certificates are required. TOURPLAN experience is essential.
