Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Executive Placings. As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for performing all relevant duties of debtor and creditor accounting procedures and controls. This is a hybrid role that requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for invoicing, collections, credit note compilations, creditors, and reporting. You will also handle experience with debtors and creditors, as well as understanding of recons and variance reports. Additionally, experience on Tourplan and foreign currency handling would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

* Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
* Collections: Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
* Credit Note Compilations: Process and record credit notes received from clients
* Creditors: Manage and reconcile creditor accounts
* Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to management

Requirements

* 2-3 years of experience handling debtors and creditors
* Experience with the Tourism industry would be beneficial
* Understanding of recons and variance reports
* Experience on Tourplan would be an advantage
* Experience with foreign currency handling
