Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at Capital Recruit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management within a technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proactive engagement strategies to foster client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities across segments and industries, and create business development plans to pursue new clients.
  • Network and attend relevant forums/events to generate client sales, and stay updated on industry trends and technical developments.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Westech, promoting client growth and revenue streams, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Determine sales strategies and goals for products and services, and develop strategic marketing plans with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric qualification with a strong background in sales and account management within a technology environment.
  • Sales/IT or office administration qualification would be an advantage.
  • 3-5 years experience in technology sales and customer relationship management.

Salary: R25,000 - R30,000 plus commission per annum.
