Fleet Sales Opportunity in Johannesburg

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fleet sales efforts in the vibrant city of Johannesburg. As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of vehicle fleets to corporate clients, building strong relationships, and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with fleet clients.
  • Sell vehicle fleets to corporate businesses, government organizations, and other clients.
  • Present customized quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track and manage fleet sales progress and targets to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless support and services to fleet clients.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in fleet sales or corporate vehicle sales.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the vehicle industry and fleet sales, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Target-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • A valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

Estimated Salary: R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
