Senior Fleet Sales Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Fleet Sales Specialist to join our esteemed recruitment agency in Johannesburg. This role involves overseeing fleet sales, cultivating robust client relationships, and driving the sales of vehicle fleets to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and develop long-term relationships with fleet clients.
- Secure new business opportunities by selling vehicle fleets to corporate businesses, government organizations, and other clients.
- Precision-craft and present tailored quotes, proposals, and contracts that meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients in a fair and transparent manner.
- Closely monitor and manage fleet sales progress and targets to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the vehicle market and competitors to make informed business decisions.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support and consistently prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to guarantee seamless delivery and support for fleet clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet sales or corporate vehicle sales within a reputable organization.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- A comprehensive understanding of the vehicle industry and fleet sales dynamics.
- A target-driven individual with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, with a strong foundation in numeracy and literacy.
Estimated Salary: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
