Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist and drive sales by introducing new clients and companies to our business.
  • Seek out new business opportunities using all sales prospecting tools available.
  • Update daily orders list, back-order file, and load sales data.
  • Communicate with customers on collection dates for orders received or placed, as well as any delays.
  • Perform administration tasks and manage distributions to customers.
  • Manage pricing and ensure timely delivery.
  • Invoice customers for services rendered.
  • Verify details against order forms to ensure all required technical data is available.
  • Process payments, purchase orders, and follow up on debtors.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and trends.
  • Closing deals from medium to high value.
  • Quote clients according to requests and invoice customers accordingly.
  • Attend project and tender enquiries.
  • Create strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
  • Find ways to improve customer service quality.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong phone presence and experience handling customers.
  • Sales admin skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

The successful candidate will have Matric/Grade 12, General Admin, and relevant industry knowledge.
