- Verify details against order forms to ensure all required technical data is available.
- Process payments, purchase orders, and follow up on debtors.
- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and trends.
- Closing deals from medium to high value.
- Quote clients according to requests and invoice customers accordingly.
- Attend project and tender enquiries.
- Create strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
- Find ways to improve customer service quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong phone presence and experience handling customers.
- Sales admin skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
The successful candidate will have Matric/Grade 12, General Admin, and relevant industry knowledge.
