Business Development Manager

The Key Account Manager is a vital role within our organization, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector. This individual will partner with customers to develop strategies and implement activities aimed at improving access to our portfolio within their region of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine account goals and align them with overall business priorities for the year.
- Identify key account stakeholders and develop customer-specific plans to achieve goals within outlined timelines.
- Account mapping and tiering for prioritization and development of account-specific action plans.
- Familiarize yourself with decision-making, logistical, tendering, and contracting processes within the public sector.
- Maintain a robust stakeholder engagement plan and collaborate with internal teams on relevant aspects.
- Cultivate positive, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in-country.
- Translate business priorities into time-framed action plans, such as inclusion, coding, and exploring portfolio expansion opportunities.
- Implement effective communications linked to our value proposition for the key account based on shared interests to drive customer engagement.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business aspirations and organizational mission.
- Collaborate with tender leads to negotiate tenders and contracts.
- Manage sales process, PPQs, and RFQs to ensure fulfillment.
