Business Development Representative

Assign Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Utilize various outreach methods, including cold calling and follow-up emailing, to engage with C-Suite Executives and other decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to ensure a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Work from home with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Must have a personal computer with the necessary hardware and software requirements, including a headset and webcam.
- Must have a UPS, inverter, or generator to ensure a stable internet connection and laptop power during working hours.
The primary language for this role is English.
