We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at PeopleLab.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in managing key accounts and possess advanced skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookup.

The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of customer forecasting and forecasting tools such as Turbocash or Pastel and/or SAP.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving weekly customer invoicing against budgets, handling customer queries and disputes, and accurately processing and managing customer sales orders.

You will also analyze usage trends and advise on production forecasts, identify and pursue new customer opportunities, and maintain regular communication to manage customer relationships.

The selected candidate will ensure compliance in capturing customer forecasts with the sales manager, manage product pricing and customer profit margins, and oversee volume and inventory needs to ensure supply continuity.

Apart from these responsibilities, the chosen individual will keep stockholding agreements updated, address quality complaints with corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and process customer credit-note requests per procedure.
