Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B Business Development or Sales Executive with a strong background in the AEC industry. This role offers a partnership opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position.
Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads for our remote talent services, which can convert into long-term clients. You will receive competitive commissions based on each successfully converted lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients who could benefit from our remote talent services.
- Warm up leads by understanding their needs and positioning Uptalent.io as a valuable solution.
- Ensure leads are well-suited for further nurturing with a clear path to becoming a paying client.
- Collaborate with our sales team to finalize conversions.
