Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist European customers with rental enquiries, reservations, and vehicle pickups/drop-offs
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Manage rental agreements, including documentation, payments, and vehicle inspections
  • Utilize Excel to maintain accurate records, track inventory, and generate reports as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth rental process and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • A valid Drivers License
  • At least 2 years of customer facing sales experience
  • Excellent planning and administration skills
  • An excellent command of the English Language
  • Fluent in German (Any European language, such as Italian, French, Spanish etc. will be acceptable)
  • An extremely professional demeanour
  • Well groomed and presented
  • Good computer skills (Excel)
  • Contactable references
  • Stable work history
