Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Location

This role is based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and requires the ability to work on-site. We are unable to accommodate remote working arrangements.
