Service Desk Incident Manager
At Datacentrix, we're seeking a skilled Service Desk Incident Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Desk, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating incidents to ensure that they're resolved within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate incidents from initial reporting to resolution, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of the incident.
- Work closely with technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers on the status of their incidents.
- Escalate incidents to senior teams as required to ensure that they're resolved within SLAs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
