International Outbound Sales Consultant

CallForce is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for calling trial and/or recently lapsed trial customers to convert them into paid subscribers to our satellite and online entertainment services.

This is a no-cold-calling center with a focus on hot leads based on customers using our free subscription for 3 months. Successful candidates will receive full product and systems training, and will have the opportunity to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to trial and/or recently lapsed trial customers to convert them into paid subscribers
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to persuade customers to subscribe to our services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and productivity metrics

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • English language proficiency
  • Minimum 1 year outbound sales experience within an international center
  • Typing speed of minimum 35 wpm

What We Offer:

  • Per productive hour, shift and travel allowance provided
  • Incentives for meeting sales targets
  • Opportunity to work from home

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Sun rotational days
  • Rotational shifts from 15h00pm – 04h00am
