Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels and databases;
- Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability;
- Performing reference checks to verify candidate credentials;
- Fostering relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences;
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for client meetings;
- Providing regular updates and feedback to clients throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike;
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and systems, including social media advertising;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, enjoy a home-based office setup, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
