The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment and selection across the Group, including Recruitment Selection, Sourcing, Attracting Candidate, Managing Recruitment Campaigns, Interviewing prospective employees that best suits the organization's short-term and long-term goals.

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Matric/Grade 12 is essential
  • National Diploma in Human Resource or similar is preferable
  • 5 years' experience within a Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience with workforce planning is essential

Estimated Salary: R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making recommendations for hire.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Hiring Managers to understand business recruitment needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Displays a practical understanding of large corporate recruitment needs, value propositions, functional business structures, reporting lines, systems and work processes that support these objectives
  • Build relationships with stakeholders on different levels to support the business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, as well as experience with workforce planning.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Analyse, forecast, plan workforce supply and demand with the ability to assess gaps and determine talent management interventions to ensure the organization has the right employees with the correct skills for the business short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies
  • Run effective recruitment campaigns and talent pool candidates for current and future recruitment needs accordingly
