We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing club facilities and equipment, while also managing the maintenance team to achieve desired results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management or maintenance operations, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also possess knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Managing preventative maintenance schedules and state of repair to equipment and facilities

• Assisting in developing action plans/projects to required standard and ensuring compliance to job specs

• Managing maintenance plans & suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness

• Managing the maintenance team to achieve scheduled tasks and maintain a safe working environment

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and repair plant, including HVAC systems and other equipment

* Conduct regular brand standard checks to ensure compliance

* Manage projects to conclusion, ensuring work areas are left in condition found and contractors adhere to health and safety standards

* Control and maintain stock levels, ensuring sufficient stock available at all times and following e-procurement system

Requirements:

* Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance operations

* Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
