About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic, while providing high standards of pharmaceutical care and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience post-community service year. They will also possess excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members.
The Pharmacy Director will be responsible for managing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
