Role Description

The Wellness Center Customer Service Director is a critical position that oversees the Welcome Desk/Reception area's operations, ensuring members receive a positive experience and have their needs met promptly. Key responsibilities include managing Club Administration tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and fostering strong relationships with members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Club Administration activities efficiently.
  • Oversee cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with members and staff.
  • Schedule and supervise Receptionists to meet business needs.
  • Implement procedures for monitoring access and overrides.
  • Control reception stock levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Resolving member complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
