Job Description

The Administration Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the business by providing administrative assistance, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing documents and reports.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the success of Old Mutual South Africa.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Matric and a minimum of 3 years working experience in the Financial Services Industry
  • Degree is advantageous
  • Computer literate - MS suite of products (Excel, Word, Schedule, Internet)
  • Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, good judgement and problem-solving skills, analytical, good Interpersonal skills and positive attitude, ability to work both independently and within a team context
