• Assisting in the sales process for new, upsold, and cancelled contacts

• Compiling quotes and ordering hardware for products
• Researching information from various departments to address client inquiries
• Ensuring timely follow-up on requests sent to other departments
• Communicating professionally with clients, keeping them informed of progress at all times
• Distributing marketing materials to clients as requested
• Providing assistance with client queries via email and phone related to product-specific issues
• Notifying the CRM of potential training needs based on client inquiries and scheduling meetings
• Investigating client concerns and compiling reports as necessary
• Locating requested documents
• Maintaining and updating client files with current information/documents
• Ensuring client files are organized and presented in an orderly manner
• Following up on email queries on behalf of the CRM when requested
This role requires strong administrative abilities.
