Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Network International. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Inbound, Outbound Sales Teams and Relationship Management to achieve set objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and be able to maintain accurate records and reports. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Teams to meet set targets.
  2. Email Management: Follow up on inquiries and emails with merchants as required.
  3. Contract Administration: Assist the Sales teams in processing contracts and agreements onto related systems within agreed timeframes.
  4. MIS Reporting: Maintain the 'sales pipeline' MIS/dashboard documentation and present when required.
  5. Merchant Coordination: Occasionally engage with merchants and coordinate appointments as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent (essential), Diploma in Business Administration (beneficial).
  • Experience: 2-3 years in an administrative role (essential), with experience in the e-Commerce & Payments Industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Good time management and workflow coordination skills.
  • Energetic and Enthusiastic: Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident.
  • Attention to Detail: Methodical, meticulous, and high level of attention to detail.
  • Computer Literate: Computer literate (MS Office - spreadsheets & MIS preparation via Excel, etc.).
  • Initiative: Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Well-spoken with excellent telephone etiquette.
