High-Performing Vehicle Sales Representative Wanted

We are seeking a results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team at Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales to exceed targets and customer expectations.
The core purpose of this position is to meet and surpass sales targets and customer satisfaction levels at every phase of the selling process. To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for the automotive industry, up-to-date product knowledge, and the ability to follow up on leads with excellent closing ratios. You will possess a professional personal image and a drive to meet targets in terms of units, profit, and CSI/CCS targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize lead management systems and web-based initiatives to research markets, gather sales leads, and pursue sales opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and build customer interest in products and services.
- Negotiate sales, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Manage trade-ins and ensure correct sales administration procedures after customer sign-off.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet high standards before delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and stay updated on all programs.
- Maintain effective oral and written communication with customers and colleagues.
- Create and maintain professional working relationships.
- Protect the company from risk.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, preferably marketing or finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership environment.
- Unendorsed driver's license and a valid Matric Certificate.
- Excellent selling skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work without close supervision.
