Job Overview:

The Recruitment Council is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a proactive individual to promote and sell a range of financial products to clients through targeted sales activities.
  • You will achieve customer growth, revenue, and collections targets by sourcing and developing new leads through internal campaigns and referrals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, conduct outbound calling to target potential clients, and convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Perform financial needs analyses to identify suitable products for clients and track and manage sales pipeline and prospect data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective product offerings and participate in community events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, providing exceptional customer service and resolving client queries promptly.

Sales Focus:

  • You will meet and exceed individual activity metrics for all product lines by executing the bank's sales strategy effectively.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of sales activities and results, staying informed about product offerings and market trends.

Marketing Focus:

  • Assist in generating new business through marketing initiatives, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and its trends.

Risk & Compliance Focus:

  • Ensure high-quality deal reviews and compliance with regulatory standards, reporting any fraudulent behavior or incidents as required.

Customer Service:

  • Adhere to the bank's customer service standards and TCF principles, helping customers achieve their financial goals and needs.

Training & Development:

  • Participate in ongoing sales and service development training, completing all mandatory compliance training.

Operational Activities:

  • Ensure compliance with branch security and safety procedures, performing administrative duties as required by management.
