New Vehicle Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team at Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize lead management systems and web-based initiatives to research markets and gather sales leads.
- Make contact with existing or potential customers to build positive relationships and create customer interest in our products and services.
- Negotiate sales, handle objections, and close deals.
- Manage trade-ins and ensure accurate sales administration procedures are followed.
- Ensure pre-delivery inspection processes are completed correctly and conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and stay up-to-date with manufacturer programs.
- Maintain effective oral and written communication with customers and colleagues.
- Protect the company against risk.
- Matric Certificate
- Unendorsed driver's license
- A marketing or finance diploma/degree will be an advantage
- Work experience in a dealership is essential
- Excellent selling skills
- Driving skills
- Persuasive communication style
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Attention to detail
- Time management
