Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Administrator at EQ Plus, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property division procurement committee. This includes setting up monthly meetings, requesting agenda topics in advance, and developing agendas, attendance registers, and standard presentations. You will also be responsible for taking notes and compiling minutes of the meeting, which are to be distributed within two weeks.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Scheduling tender openings
• Recording of tender values and submitting same to relevant professional and RPM
• Dispatching of the tender documents to the relevant professional where applicable
