Administrative Coordinator for Property Projects

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Prostaff Holdings. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our projects.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage project timelines, costs, and inventory updates in Google Spreadsheets.
- Prepare and process financial documentation, including receipts, invoices, and purchase records.
- Assist with the compilation and organisation of documents related to property purchases.
- Provide regular project updates to management and identify potential risks or issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and facilitating communication between tenants and management.
- Matriculation and previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in property development or real estate.
- Previous experience working on Google Spreadsheets and Xero Software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain accurate logs and records.
