Condominium Maintenance Operations Coordinator

We alleviate the daily management burdens of condo boards and property owners by offering expert, professional staff who excel in overseeing all aspects of property management.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently coordinate maintenance activities and oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance Request Management: Utilize our ticketing system to efficiently manage and prioritize maintenance requests.
- Maintenance Dispatch: Coordinate dispatching of maintenance personnel to address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
- Budget Optimization: Conduct regular evaluations of building maintenance needs and compare pricing for maintenance services.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and monitor service quality.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Client Communication: Communicate regularly with condo boards, property owners, and residents to address concerns and provide updates on maintenance issues.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of property management strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Team Support: Provide support to property managers and other staff members as needed.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in real estate maintenance and property management for a condo board.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and property management systems.
- Responsiveness: Highly responsive and proactive in addressing maintenance issues and client needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
- Be on call every other Saturday
- Previous experience in property maintenance and admin (Sectional titles or HOA) is a must
- Experience in Excel
- Own laptop
- Demonstrated commitment to long-term tenure in previous roles
- Fiber/fast internet speed
- Back up power / UPS
- Must be able to work 4pm-12am
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location)
