Key Account Manager Role:

You will be responsible for delivering the customer strategy of UFS as guided by annual IBP plans. This includes building relationships with trade partners, designing and executing strategic route-to-market plans, and developing customer account plans and joint business plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for delivering business targets for assigned territories, including turnover, volume, reach, and penetration.
  • Build and nurture relationships with trade partners, wholesalers, cash & carry customers, and their teams.
  • Design and execute strategic route-to-market plans using Miller Heiman principles.
  • Develop and maintain customer account plans and joint business plans with trade partners, including trade term agreements and engagement strategies.
  • Ensure timely submission and settlement of distributor claims from trade partners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales qualification and 2-3 years of experience in similar functions in FMCG.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the foodservice industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry knowledge for trade customers and account management.
