About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a New Business Development Manager to join our team at Switch Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, develop relationships, and negotiate deals to grow our business.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term success.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Analyse Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and business performance.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or Equivalent NQF Qualification: You must hold a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- 5 Years Management Experience: You must have at least 5 years of management experience in a sales-related role.
- MS Excel Skills: Proficient in using MS Excel for data analysis and record-keeping.
- Excellent Administration Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong Planning and Organising Abilities: Ability to plan and organize effectively to meet business objectives.
- Ability to Work Well Under Pressure: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
