About the Role

This role plays a critical part in supporting the end-to-end compensation execution function, working in accordance with Reward Solutions frameworks and practices. The successful candidate will support the implementation components of new Reward initiatives at the compensation execution level and take accountability for quality standards and risk assurance measures.

This role will also provide general project support within the compensation execution portfolio, taking on special assignments with the Rewards, Benefits and People Support Desk functions aimed at developing, maintaining, or enhancing processes that impact compensation execution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective compensation execution strategies aligned with Reward Solutions frameworks and practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet compensation execution needs.
  • Manage the compensation execution aspects of the annual increase and bonus processes inclusive of distribution of letters.
  • Monitor and review annual share allocations and their vesting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Share Scheme Administrators (Investec) regulations and maintain effective relationships.
