  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.">
">Payroll Management and Statutory Reporting">

  • Manage the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.">
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual statistical and regulatory reports for the operation.">
">Benefits Management">
  • ">
  • Manage the employee benefits offering, including medical aid, retirement plans, and risk benefits.">
  • Conduct benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.">
">Data Analysis and Reporting">
  • ">
  • Analyze compensation trends and prepare reports for management on the effectiveness of remuneration strategies.">
  • Monitor key metrics such as turnover rates linked to compensation satisfaction.">
">Remuneration and Employee Data Management/Custodian">
  • ">
  • Facilitate and manage job grading, evaluations, and classifications aligned to industry compensation structures.">
  • Preparation of offers and contracts in alignment with internal and external remuneration benchmarking.">
">Employee Engagement">
  • ">
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs.">
  • Provide education and training to employees on available benefits and policies.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance, or a related field (NQF Level 7).">
  • Minimum of 6 years in a remuneration or benefits management/senior specialist role.">
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.">
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential in capturing and reporting on HR metrics for both management and regulatory reporting.">
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.">
