Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Define and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media) and content strategy.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
