Job Summary

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a highly experienced Branch and Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and revenue expansion. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Manage sales performance, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the electronic or B2B space
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the electronic or B2B industry, with a focus on sales and business development
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities
