Business Development Representative

Hirexe is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads, qualifying inbound leads, and managing outbound lead generation. Your goal will be to schedule meetings and product demos for our sales team, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets, and maintain and update our CRM with lead and prospect information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.)
- Qualify inbound leads and manage outbound lead generation
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and prospect information
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a BDR/SDR role
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- The ability to make 150+ dials per day and work US hours/EST
