The successful candidate will have a strong background in the Betting and Gaming industry, with experience in defining and delivering customer-facing products. They will be proficient in various product discovery techniques, data-driven decision-making, and Agile software development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps that align with business strategy and objectives.
- Utilize product discovery techniques to identify customer needs and desires, transforming them into solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are central to all decision-making processes.
- Lead with data, working closely with internal and external BI teams to identify growth opportunities and monitor platform performance.
- Partner with UX and design teams to ensure customer and business needs are effectively translated into wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
- Support leadership in creating business cases that demonstrate the benefits of the product roadmap, determine priorities, and measure success through predefined KPIs.
- Collaborate with technology teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, facilitating incremental delivery across the pipeline.
- Engage daily with internal and external development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, ensuring all standards are met, and provide sign-off on behalf of the organization.
Requirements:
- A strong background in the Betting and Gaming industry, with experience in defining and delivering customer-facing products.
- Proficiency in various product discovery techniques, data-driven decision-making, and Agile software development practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the Betting and Gaming industry is desirable.
